H-1b Update for July, 2010

USCIS has stated that only about 23,000 of the 65,000 H-1b's have been used for the 2011 cap.  This means there are still plenty of H-1b visas for the next fiscal year (i.e. having a start date of October 1, 2010 or later).  Only about 8,000 of the 20,000 master cap cases have been used for the 2011 fiscal year.

As you are all probably aware, the 2010 cap was all used up in January of this year.
