H-1B Availability Update

For those who are looking to get into H status on or after October 1, 2010, there is good news. There are still plenty of H-1B slots open in the 2011 cap (which begins October 1 of this year and runs through September 30 of 2011).

So far, only about 24,400 of the 65,000 slots for the regular cap have been used and about 10,400 of the Master's cap slots have been used (out of 20,000). Please call us with any questions about these numbers or the process for applying for an H-1b.
